How we collect, use and protect personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

Enquiry details: parent name, child's name, child's age, phone number, email address, preferred class and any message you write to us.
Admission records: address, date of birth, guardian details, emergency contacts, health and allergy notes, and previous school information where relevant.
Technical data: basic, non-identifying website usage information needed to keep the site working.
Information you submit through the admission enquiry or contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a campus visit and process an admission if you choose to proceed. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.
We request your explicit consent through a tick-box before you submit any form. Submitting a form without ticking the consent box is not possible. You may withdraw consent at any time by calling or writing to us, and we will stop further processing and delete data we are not legally required to retain.
All personal data about a child is provided by, and processed on the verifiable consent of, the child's parent or lawful guardian, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children, and we do not process children's data in any way likely to cause detrimental effect to their well-being.
Photographs of children taken at school are published only with separate written parental permission, and permission can be withdrawn at any time.
This website uses only essential cookies or local storage required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site content.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from your last interaction unless an admission proceeds. Student records are retained for the period the child studies with us and thereafter only as required by applicable law, after which they are securely erased.
We limit access to personal data to authorised staff, store physical records in locked storage, protect digital records with access controls, and review our practices periodically. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach we will notify affected parents and the Data Protection Board of India as required.
You have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and your child, to have it corrected or completed, to have it erased where retention is no longer required, to nominate another person to exercise these rights, and to raise a grievance with us.
